Your character creation post can be anything from a post, image, link, google doc, etc.
HOWEVER -- they must contain these basics. We have also provided a default form for you to use should you feel inclined.
HOWEVER -- they must contain these basics. We have also provided a default form for you to use should you feel inclined.
- Name. Kittypets/rogues/loners and etc. are not as restricted. However, warriors must have a reasonable prefix and suffix, and the name itself must not be taken.
- Gender. We are LGBT friendly so go wild.
- Age. Be realistic, and list in moons (AKA months). The world's oldest house cat was 38 -- that's 456 moons. However, most cats typically live anywhere from 2 to 12 years in the wild. Use your own discretion,
- Affiliation. List either their Clan, or whether they're a rogue/loner/kittypet. List or cross out all former affiliations in chronological order. (Ex. a kittypet that switched Clans twice —
Kittypet>Clan 1> Clan 2.) - Rank. For Clan cats. Optional for other characters.
- Appearance. Be realistic, again. List accessories/deformities. List their height and weight (small, tall, chubby, skinny, overweight, underweight, etc.) Feel free to post a picture with it but a description is still required.
- Personality. Describe or list their strengths and weaknesses, pros and cons, etc. Make sure your character is balanced, and real.
- Stats. Kittens (cats under 6 moons, so 1-5 moons) start with 10 points. Apprentices 6-9 moons start with 12, 10-12 moons start with 14. Warriors 1-2 years old get 16, 3-5 years get 18, and 6 years+ start with 20. These count for non-clan cats as well. The stats are divided among 8 groups: Strength, Speed, Agility, Stamina, Constitution, Luck, Charisma, and Intelligence. Strength decides how powerful your character's attacks are; speed decides how fast your character is in any given situation; agility describes how well they can leap, jump, and dodge; stamina decides how long/how many things they can do without fatigue or stress; constitution decides how much health your cat has; luck decides how lucky your cat can get, and may help low stat characters in any given situation; charisma decides how easy your character can lie, persuade, and get others to do what they want; and intelligence will decide how much knowledge they retain and how fast they learn. Write how your character's stats affect their day-to-day somewhere in your form!
